Questions
The basics
What is Mora?
Mora is an AI business operations tool from Abmora. It connects to Gmail, understands the client communication already flowing through it, and turns that into tasks, client records, deadlines, follow-ups, and replies you review before sending.
Is Mora just an email app?
No. Mora reads your email, but it is a connected workspace for tasks, clients, a calendar, and notes. The inbox is the source of information; the product is everything Mora builds from it.
Does Mora replace Gmail?
No. You keep using Gmail. Mora connects to it, works alongside it, and can save drafts back to your Gmail drafts or send on your approval.
Is Mora available now?
Mora is in beta. Access may require adding your Gmail address on our side first. Request early access and we will set you up.
Questions
How it works
Can Mora send emails automatically?
No. Mora drafts replies and follow-ups, but nothing is sent without your approval. Every outbound action waits for you.
How does Mora create tasks from email?
It reads incoming mail, identifies the requests and deadlines inside it, and proposes a task with a due date and priority, linked back to the source email and the client. You accept, edit, or dismiss it.
How does the automatic CRM work?
Mora builds a client record for the people who email you, sorted into clients, prospects, personal, and marketing. Each record keeps a brief, a current focus, a health status, and the open requests, all drawn from your mail with no data entry.
Does Mora write in my voice?
Mora learns your tone from your previous sent email and drafts replies that sound like you, adjusting for the specific client. It also learns from the edits you make to its drafts.
Questions
Access, platforms, and teams
Does Mora support Outlook?
Not yet. Mora currently works with Gmail. Outlook and general IMAP support are planned but not live.
Is Mora a mobile app?
Mora is a web application that works well in a phone browser. There is no native iPhone or Android app yet.
Can Mora work for a team?
There is early team functionality: shared workspaces, join codes, routing mail to the right person, and task assignment. Full multi-seat roles and permissions are still in development.
Is Mora only for Colorado Springs businesses?
No. Abmora is based in Colorado Springs, but Mora works for businesses anywhere in the United States that run through Gmail.
Questions
Data and trust
How is my business data protected?
Your data is separated per user at the database level, Gmail access tokens are encrypted, and your email content is not used to train third-party AI models. You approve anything outbound or destructive.
Can the AI make things up about my business?
Mora's summaries, tasks, and answers are built from your actual email, tasks, and records rather than invented, and anything it creates is marked so you can review, edit, or remove it.
See what your business looks like when the inbox organizes itself.
Connect Gmail, give Mora a few minutes with your recent mail, then open Clients and Tasks. Request access and we'll set you up.
